SHIPPING POLICY
Production and fulfilment
Saltwater Project products are produced to order. We work with specialist fulfilment partners, including Printful, to print, pack and dispatch our products.
Most products are normally produced within 2–5 working days before being dispatched. Production times may vary during busy periods or where a particular product, colour or size is temporarily unavailable.
UK delivery
For UK orders, we aim to deliver most orders within 5–10 working days. However, please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive. As our products are produced to order, this timeframe includes both production and delivery.
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery time will depend on the delivery service, destination and fulfilment location.
Where available, orders for UK customers may be fulfilled within the UK. In some circumstances, our fulfilment partner may produce or dispatch an order from a facility outside the UK due to product availability, stock levels or production capacity.
The estimated delivery information and any applicable shipping charges available for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Production time and shipping time are separate, so please allow for both when estimating when your order will arrive.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Multiple packages
Products in the same order may occasionally be produced or dispatched from different fulfilment locations. This means an order containing several products may arrive in more than one package and at different times.
Delivery delays
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we have specifically agreed otherwise with you.
If your order is delayed significantly or has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@saltwaterproject.co.uk and we will investigate.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your goods within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@saltwaterproject.co.uk.
Because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has begun.
International delivery
Where international delivery is offered, delivery times and charges will vary according to the destination and fulfilment location.
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges depending on the destination. Where applicable, these will be handled in accordance with the rules applying to the destination and the shipping method used.
